New Blog New Day

This is the first time I have ever attempted to do this and I don't know if I'll stick with it.  Perhaps I'll write everyday, perhaps this once and never again.  I hope what I have to say is interesting to others and sounds intelligent.  I'll try to be thoughtful, can't promise that my spelling and punctuation will always be correct, but maybe others will find my posts interesting and want to read them to the end.
